We talk about your athletic history to identify injuries and imbalances and understand what has worked for you in the past
We discuss your motivation, goals and aspirations and we set targets for us moving forward together towards your fitness vision
Provided we have time and our health check is clear, we do a full body fitness assessment to clarify where you might have underuse, overuse, injuries or imbalances, so we can tailor a strength training plan to your unique profile
