My Approach
“I want to add life to your years, not just years to your life!”
~ Jack LeLanne
Health and fitness weren't the industry I saw myself landing in when I was younger, I ended up here because my life largely ended up being intertwined with health and fitness naturally. I have always been active since I was a little kid, we used to come back to the house when the sun was setting. Because of this, I was lucky enough to experience the joys of long summer days out on my BMX with friends, riding home to the sunset, smelling the grass as it got dryer throughout the summer. There were days we rode our bikes for 4-6 hours without even thinking about how many calories we burned, or how much our lungs burned when we would race, or how much muscle mass we did or didn't have, we simply just did it because we loved it.
That's how I ended up here, I connected to something beyond just needing to "stay in shape," I connected to the part of ourselves that KNOWS we belong outside, we belong in the world, being active with our bodies, and part if my passion is in seeing this feeling ignite in others. Working out is part of a healthy routine for longevity and vitality as we age, as well as learning the principles behind how to eat well, and how to age with grace. My mission is to pass along as much as I know to each person I meet, to give them the tools necessary to see themselves in a new capacity, and to see their goals as achievable rather than just out of reach, and of course teach them how to exercise with good technique.
